Yinchuan Xingqing District Kongsi Road reconstructionengineering, located in Daxing Town of Xingqing District, with total length 11.2km and design speed 40km/h is widening reconstruction for Kongsi Road.Not only implementation of Kongsi Road reconstruction did connect farm village, flower base and Yellow River wetland park, it also built city passageway and connection line, which has significant meaning for improving transportation service of village tourism and flower bases.
